TAKE TIME TO BE WHOLEY
Take Time to be Wholey - is a light workout held twice each week on Mondays and Fridays at 10:30 am at a minimal cost.
For those of you unfamiliar with TTtbW exercise classes; TTtbW or Take Time to be Wholely is an exercise group for seniors and consists of chair exercises as well as some standing and light free weight and band exercises. The program is designed to encourage seniors to stay or become more fit by stretching and exercising most body muscles. Our instructor keeps you busy for an hour each session and on Fridays we have a lunch, at a cost of $4, and social time after exercise.
