SUMMARY:Annual Congregational Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Emmanuel United Church 2025 Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday\, February 22\, 2026.\nA light lunch will be served in the lounge following the Sunday morning worship service. Please serve yourself a plate of food and something to drink and resume sitting in the Sanctuary. The meeting will start at approximately 11:30 am.\nEveryone is welcome to attend.\nIf your children wish\, they can join Amelia in the CE Hall before the start of the meeting for age appropriate activities.\nThe meeting will be streamed (use the same link as the Sunday morning worship service) but online viewers will not be able to vote.\nVoting Rights will be in accordance with section 5.2 of the Emmanuel United Church Constitution\, which states that adherents have voting privileges unless otherwise decided at the meeting. So\, if you have been an adherent long enough to be in our monthly directory\, you’re as much a part of the decision-making as those who have membership.\nPlease bring along your copy of the 2025 Annual Report; it’s good to be able to refer to things as they are reviewed and discussed.
