You may also drop off your donations in the food bank collection box in the narthex prior to our in-person collection.  \nThere is a huge need for our support. In particular\, the following things are most helpful: \n\nRice\nPasta and pasta sauce\nCanned meat and fish\nCanned fruit and vegetables\nCanned stews and chilis\nWhole grain cereals\nHealthy snacks – granola bars\, applesauce\, fruit cups\nDiapers (size 3T\, 4T and 5T) and feminine supplies\nCoffee\nReusable grocery bags\nEgg containers are back on the list too!

DESCRIPTION:Adventure into the wilderness with our Canoe Camp from August 10-14. It is intended for youth going into Grades 4 and above in September. Monday and Tuesday will be spent at Emmanuel\, preparing food and playing games. The canoe camp will take place at Lac LaPeche\, about 45 minutes north of Ottawa\, from Wednesday morning to Friday afternoon.
