Reverend Georgina Fitzgerald hails from Sydney, Nova Scotia and is a proud Cape Bretoner and former highland dancer. She has a BA from Dalhousie, M. Div. from Emmanuel College in Toronto & Ph.D from the University of Ottawa. She worked in pastoral ministry for 39 years before retiring at the end of 2023. Her plans for retirement include volunteering as a spiritual care visitor at the General Hospital as well as doing retirement home services.
