A light lunch will be served in the lounge following the Sunday morning worship service. Please serve yourself a plate of food and something to drink and resume sitting in the Sanctuary. The meeting will start at approximately 11:30 am.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
If your children wish, they can go back downstairs with Amelia before the start of the meeting.
The meeting will be streamed (use the same link as the Sunday morning worship service) but online viewers will not be able to vote.
Voting Rights will be in accordance with section 5.2 of the Emmanuel United Church Constitution, which states that adherents have voting privileges unless otherwise decided at the meeting. So, if you have been an adherent long enough to be in our monthly directory, you’re as much a part of the decision-making as those who have membership.
Please bring along your copy of the 2023 Annual Report; it’s good to be able to refer to things as they are reviewed and discussed. There are a few extra copies in the Narthex.
