Walking Together Through Life’s Transitions ~ a Lunch and Learn Gathering
A supportive conversation group about aging, care, and what matters most

As we live longer, fuller lives, it can be helpful to pause and consider what matters most—and how our choices can be honored. “With age comes wisdom, and with wisdom comes the freedom to live on your own terms.”

During this session, we’ll enjoy a shared meal and engage in gentle conversation, guided reflection, and a few simple questions to help you think through your priorities.

Questions may include:

• What matters most to me as I age?
• Who knows my wishes, and have I shared them?
• How comfortable am I talking about life transitions and care planning?
• What questions and concerns do I have?
