Seedy Saturday

Seedy Saturday Ottawa is a yearly seed sale with a focus on heritage, open-pollinated seed from local growers.  It also includes supportive sustainable, local businesses and groups related to local food and gardening.

This event, organized by the Alta Vista Community Association Local Food Committee in partnership with Just Food and Seeds of Diversity, will be held at Emmanuel this year on March 2nd, 2024

How much is it?

Admission and parking are free.

What can I bring?

Your own reusable bags and, if you have some, your seeds for exchange.
Some vendors will accept card payments, but same might only use cash – time to break out those piggy banks!
