Bible Study

Starting on Wednesday, September 27th, 2023, join Bill McLeish and Jill MacLean for a Bible Study as they lead a discussion based on the book “Reading the Bible Again for the First Time” by theologian Marcus Borg. The meetings will be held on ZOOM from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm for eight weeks.  

Wear Orange on Sunday at Emmanuel

September 30th is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. This was originally known as Orange Shirt Day.  We encourage everyone to wear orange next Sunday, October 1st, to acknowledge the impact residential schools have had on multiple generations of Indigenous families and to remember that “Every Child Matters”.

Pre-Teen Evening

Youth in grades 4-8 are invited to our Pre-Teen Evening on Saturday, October 7th from 5:00pm - 7:30 pm. Come for games, dinner and to work on youth crafts for the bazaar.
