Should you experience stuttering of the video, click on the GEAR icon in the player, upper right, and select FORMAT and then ADAPTIVE VIDEO. The program will then select the best download speed for you. 

Should you find the audio is out of sync with the video, close your browser and re-engage the player.

Although we have a license to live stream words and music from Voices United and More Voices, not all hymns are covered by the license. Unfortunately, this means that if I cannot find the applicable license information covering the hymn, I am forced to remove it from the uploaded version of the service. That is the reason why the hymn you thought you heard isn’t there.
